摘要
为探究施用黄腐酸(FA)和聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)对土壤酸化和作物生长的影响。本研究通过土壤培养试验,分析了常规培养(U)处理、添加黄腐酸和不同含量聚天门冬氨酸(Z、PZ1、PZ2)处理对土壤氮转化、酸化过程的影响;通过盆栽试验,比较了常规施肥(T1)处理、添加黄腐酸和不同含量聚天门冬氨酸(T2、TP1、TPO1、TP2、TPO2)处理对土壤酸化及辣椒生长的影响。结果表明,土壤培养35 d时,与常规培养相比,黄腐酸和聚天门冬氨酸配施(PZ1、PZ2)处理的土壤铵态氮含量增加9.0%、15.0%,硝态氮含量降低12.0%、35.0%;同时两者配施对改善土壤酸化也有一定作用,特别是黄腐酸与0.2%聚天门冬氨酸配施(PZ2)处理,其交换性氢含量、交换性铝含量和交换性酸含量与常规培养相比均下降。盆栽试验结果表明,与常规施肥相比,黄腐酸、聚天门冬氨酸、有机肥配施(TPO1、TPO2)处理可显著降低土壤中交换性酸(P<0.05);黄腐酸、聚天门冬氨酸、有机肥配施(TPO1、TPO2)处理辣椒植株干重显著提高(P<0.05);盆栽后1个月,添加黄腐酸和不同含量聚天门冬氨酸(T2、TP1、TPO1、TP2、TPO2)处理的辣椒对氮、磷、钾吸收量均显著提高(P<0.05);除TP2、TPO2处理外,其他处理辣椒总根长均显著增加(P<0.05)。综上,黄腐酸和聚天门冬氨酸配施处理既可提高土壤铵态氮含量、降低土壤硝态氮含量、抑制硝化作用,又能降低土壤中交换性酸含量,延缓土壤酸化进程。盆栽试验中以黄腐酸和0.1%聚天门冬氨酸配施并添加有机肥对抑制土壤酸化和促进辣椒生长的综合效果最佳。
To investigate the effects of applying fulvic acid(FA)and polyaspartic acid(PASP)on soil acidification and crop growth,this study conducted soil incubation experiments and pot experiments.In the soil incubation experiment,the effects of different treatments,including conventional incubation(U)and treatments with FA combined with PASP at different concentrations(Z,PZ1,PZ2),on soil nitrogen transformation and the acidification process were analyzed.In the pot experiment,the effects of different treatments,including conventional fertilization(T1)and treatments with FA combined with PASP at different concentrations(T2,TP1,TPO1,TP2,TPO2),on soil acidification and pepper growth were compared.The results showed that on the 35th day of soil incubation,compared with the conventional incubation(U),the soil ammonium nitrogen content in the treatments of combined application of FA and PASP(PZ1,PZ2)increased by 9.0%and 15.0%,while the nitrate nitrogen content decreased by 12.0%and 35.0%.The combined application of FA and PASP also had a certain effect on mitigating soil acidification.In particular,in the treatment of FA combined with 0.2%PASP(PZ2),the contents of exchangeable hydrogen,exchangeable aluminum and exchangeable acid decreased compared with those in the conventional incubation.The results of the pot experiment showed that compared with conventional fertilization(T1),the treatments of combined application of FA,PASP and organic fertilizer(TPO1,TPO2)significantly reduced the content of exchangeable acid in soil(P<0.05).The dry weight of pepper plants in the treatments of combined application of FA,PASP and organic fertilizer(TPO1,TPO2)was significantly increased(P<0.05).One month after transplanting,the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium by peppers in treatments with FA and PASP at different concentrations(T2,TP1,TPO1,TP2,TPO2)was significantly increased(P<0.05).Except for the TP2 and TPO2 treatments,the total root length of peppers in other treatments was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the combined application of FA and PASP can not only increase soil ammonium nitrogen content,reduce soil nitrate nitrogen content and inhibit nitrification,but also reduce the content of exchangeable acid in soil and delay the process of soil acidification.In the pot experiment,the combination of FA and 0.1%PASP with organic fertilizer had the best comprehensive effect on controlling soil acidification and promoting pepper growth.
