摘要
【目的】探究复配钝化剂对镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)复合污染菜园土壤的钝化效果,以期为重金属复合污染土壤的修复提供技术参考。【方法】采用盆栽实验,研究单独填加生物炭(BC,2%)、膨润土(BT,2%)和两者复配(BB 1∶1,2%)对土壤性质、重金属有效性、黄瓜体内重金属积累及营养品质的影响。【结果】向土壤中填加BC、BT和BB提高了土壤pH、速效钾含量和脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性,BC处理还提高了土壤有机质含量(P<0.05)。BC、BT和BB处理降低了土壤DTPA-Cd和DTPA-Pb含量(P<0.05),降幅分别为21.54%~35.75%和13.03%~16.72%;同时降低了黄瓜各部位Cd和Pb含量,果实中降幅分别为12.09%~36.43%和12.13%~27.76%,均以BB处理的降幅最大。BC、BT和BB处理能提高黄瓜植株干重和营养品质,果实中可溶性糖和维生素C含量提高了60.91%~106.60%和213.38%~346.01%,均以BB处理的增幅最大。【结论】生物炭复配膨润土可降低土壤Cd、Pb有效性,抑制黄瓜对Cd、Pb的吸收积累;同时,可提高土壤酶活性和有机质、速效钾含量,改善黄瓜的生长环境,从而促进黄瓜生长及营养品质的提升,对Cd、Pb复合污染菜园土壤的钝化修复效果良好。
【Objective】This study aimed to explore the immobilization efficiency of a combined passivator on cadmium(Cd)and lead(Pb)co-contaminated vegetable garden soil,providing technical references for the remediation of heavy metal co-contaminated soil.【Method】A pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of biochar(BC,2%),bentonite(BT,2%),and their combination(BB,1∶1 mixture of 1%BC and 1%BT)on soil physicochemical properties,heavy metal bioavailability,as well as heavy metal accumulation and nutritional quality in cucumber.【Result】The addition of BC,BT and BB increased soil pH,available potassium content,and the activities of urease,phosphatase and sucrase,while BC treatment also enhanced soil organic matter content(P<0.05).All three treatments markedly reduced soil DTPA-Cd and DTPA-Pb contents(P<0.05)by 21.54%-35.75%and 13.03%-16.72%,respectively,and also decreased Cd and Pb concentrations in different cucumber tissues,with reductions in fruit ranging from 12.09%-36.43%for Cd and 12.13%-27.76%for Pb,the greatest decline observed under BB treatment.Furthermore,the BC,BT and BB treatments increased plant dry weight and fruit nutritional quality,and the contents of soluble sugar and vitamin C in fruits were increased by 60.91%-106.60%and 213.38%-346.01%,respectively,with the BB treatment showing the greatest increase.【Conclusion】The biochar combined with bentonite can reduce the bioavailability of Cd and Pb in soil,inhibited their uptake and accumulation in cucumber,and improved soil enzyme activity,organic matter,and available potassium level.Consequently,it enhanced cucumber growth and nutritional quality,demonstrating a strong immobilization and remediation potential for Cd and Pb co-contaminated vegetable garden soils.
