深基坑双轴搅拌桩止水帷幕施工参数优化与效果分析

Construction Parameter Optimization and Effect Analysis for Double-Axis Mixing Pile Water-Stop Curtain in Deep Foundation Pits

摘要 以无锡惠东里A地块深基坑项目为例,针对其复杂水文地质环境,优化了双轴搅拌桩止水帷幕的施工参数,即16%水泥掺入比、0.55水灰比及不大于0.5 m/min的搅拌提升速率,结合跳打施工方法提升了桩体强度与防渗性能。监测显示,基坑开挖期间坑外地下水位最大降幅为0.23 m,坑内水位稳定无渗漏,支护结构最大水平位移为18.6 mm,最大地表沉降为16.1 mm,符合规范要求。工程实践表明,优化参数在软土高水位地质中适应良好,可为类似地质条件下的深基坑止水帷幕设计与施工提供参考价值。 Taking the deep foundation pit project at Plot A,Huidongli in Wuxi as an example,for its complex hydrogeological environment,the construction parameters of the double-axis mixing pile water-stop curtain are optimized,that is,a cement content of 16%,a watercement ratio of 0.55,and a mixing and lifting rate not exceeding 0.5 m/min,combined with the jump-pile construction method,the strength and anti-seepage performance of the pile are improved.The monitoring shows that during foundation pit excavation,the maximum decrease of the groundwater level outside the pit is 0.23 m,the water level in the pit is stable without leakage,the maximum horizontal displacement of the support structure is 18.6 mm,and the maximum surface settlement is 16.1 mm,meeting the requirements of the specifications.The engineering practice shows that the optimized parameters are well adapted to the soft soil geology with high water level,which can provide reference value for the design and construction of water-stop curtain in deep foundation pits under similar geological conditions.
