摘要
目的:观察综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:72例随机分为两组各36例。两组均行腰椎牵引及中成药治疗,观察组加用中医定向透药治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS与ODI评分均下降(P<0.05),JOA评分均提高(P<0.05),且观察组变化更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好。
Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation Methods:Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups received lumbar traction and treatment with Chinese patent medicine,and the observation group additionally received targeted traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05),while the JOA scores increased(P<0.05),and the changes were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive therapy demonstrates good efficacy in treating lumbar disc herniation.
