摘要
路权与技术自主化的互动,呈现出中国早期铁路发展史的特定内涵,也是历史视野下讨论近代中国铁路发展轨迹的重要切入点。以自主化为目标的技术转移,既是路权变动的推动力量,也成为路权的构成部分。解读特殊历史背景下的铁路技术转移需要在动力、路径方面提供新的解释框架,阐释以路权为内核的发展逻辑,进而更为理性地理解这种技术转移的两面性,既不能将铁路技术完全视为殖民工具,也不能将其定义为世界一体化背景下的自然选择。
The present paper,reexamining the early history of Chinese railway by means of a new interpretive framework,holds that the specific dimensions of this history lay in the interaction between the right of way and technological self-reliance,and the technology transfer aiming at self-reliance simultaneously drove and constituted right-of-way changes.In doing so,it concludes that the railway technology had a dual nature,viz.,that it was neither purely a colonial tool nor a natural choice driven by globalization.
