摘要
高职教育人才培养与产业需求仍存在脱节问题。湖州职业技术学院依托教育部中德SGAVE项目,在新能源汽车技术专业核心课程“电气系统诊断与维修”中推行行动导向教学改革。文章系统阐述了改革的背景、理论基础与实施方案,通过重构以“客户委托”为起点的课程内容,采用小组合作、角色扮演、海报绘制、汇报展示等行动导向教学方法,并构建多元评价体系。实践表明,该改革有效激发了学生的自主学习能力,显著提升了学生的专业技能、团队协作、沟通表达与信息整合等综合职业素养,为同类职业院校推广SGAVE项目教学模式提供了实践经验。
There remains a disconnect between higher vocational education talent training and industry demands.Relying on the China-Germany SGAVE Project under the Ministry of Education,Huzhou Vocational and Technical College has carried out action-oriented teaching reform in the core course"Electrical Systems Diagnosis and Maintenance"for the new energy vehicle technology major.This paper systematically elaborates on the background,theoretical basis and implementation plan of the reform.By reconstructing the course content starting with"customer commissions",adopting action-oriented teaching methods such as group cooperation,role-playing,poster design,and presentation,and establishing a diversifi ed evaluation system,the reform has been put into practice.Results show that this reform has effectively stimulated students'autonomous learning ability,and signifi cantly improved their comprehensive vocational qualities including professional skills,team collaboration,communication and expression,as well as information integration.It provides practical experience for similar vocational colleges to promote the SGAVE project teaching model.
