摘要
探讨中德汽车机电工人才培育模式在中国的本土化应用。通过介绍中德职业教育汽车机电合作项目(SGAVE)的背景、目标,及本土化应用的概念和意义,该研究提出了将先进的教育模式与我国国情相结合的战略协调模式。通过适当的方法和途径,将国外先进的教育模式融入中国教育,并使其与当地教育模式相融合,以培养适应德系汽车行业需求的机电技能型人才。
Discuss the localization and application of the Sino-German automotive electromechanical talent cultivation model in China.By introducing the background and objectives of the Sino-German Vocational Education Automotive Mechatronics Cooperation Project(SGAVE),as well as the concept and significance of localized application,the study proposes a strategic coordination model that combines advanced education models with national conditions.Through appropriate methods and approaches,the advanced foreign education model is integrated into the Chinese education and integrated with the local education model to cultivate mechatronic skilled talents who meet the needs of the German automotive industry.
