摘要
随着生成式人工智能(GAI)技术的飞速发展,其在高校教学中的应用正在重塑课程教学模式。文章探讨了GAI对物流管理专业课程教学改革创新的影响、挑战和机遇,并提出了相应的对策建议。研究发现,GAI能够拓展教学资源、创新教学方法、提升教学效率和促进学生创新能力培养,为物流管理专业课程教学注入新活力。然而,其应用也面临教学内容质量问题、师生对技术的依赖风险、教学评价体系适应性不足以及数据安全与隐私保护等问题。针对这些问题,文章从课程模块重构、教学资源审查、师资培训发展、教学评价体系构建等方面提出了应对策略,旨在推动物流管理专业课程教学在GAI背景下的高质量发展,培养适应时代需求的物流管理专业人才。
With the rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)technology,its application in higher education is reshaping pedagogical models.This paper explores the impacts,challenges,and opportunities of GAI on the innovation of curriculum and teaching reform for logistics management programs,and proposes corresponding strategies.The study reveals that GAI can expand teaching resources,innovate pedagogical approaches,enhance teaching efficiency,and foster students'innovative capabilities,thereby introducing new dynamics into logistics management education.However,its implementation faces challenges including quality concerns in teaching content,risks of technological over-reliance among educators and students,inadequate adaptation of evaluation systems,as well as data security and privacy issues.To address these challenges,this paper proposes strategies encompassing curriculum module restructuring,teaching resource auditing,faculty training and development,and the establishment of adaptive evaluation frameworks.These strategies aim to promote the high-quality development of logistics management education in the GAI era and cultivate professionals who meet contemporary industry demands.
