摘要
为了有效解决物流行业人才需求与信息技术发展不匹配的问题,开展虚拟仿真实验平台建设是高校信息化发展的趋势,更是现有物流管理专业课程教学改革创新的突破点。因此,文中结合物流行业发展现状,深入探讨了物流管理专业教学中存在的问题。研究发现,现有物流管理专业教学存在专业课程培养方案不完善、教学体系与社会需求脱节、专业核心技术实训难度大、实训中新技术应用延迟等痛点问题。基于此,深入探索了虚拟仿真技术与物流管理专业课程的耦合点,提出了基于虚拟仿真技术的创新实践能力培养路径,从而为提升高校物流管理专业教学质量提供一定的指导。
In order to effectively solve the problem that the demand for talents in the logistics industry does not match the development of information technology,carrying out the construction of virtual simulation experiment platforms is the trend of informatization development in colleges and universities,which is also the breakthrough point for the reform and innovation of the course teaching of existing logistics management major.Combined with the current development status of the logistics management industry,the problems existing in the teaching of logistics management major was deeply explored in this paper.The research results show that there are some pain points in the current teaching of logistics management major,such as the imperfect training program of professional courses,the disconnection between the teaching system and social demands,the difficulties in practical training of core professional technologies,and the delay in the application of new technologies in practical training.Based on this,the coupling points of virtual simulation technologies and logistics management courses were deeply explored.Moreover,the cultivation approaches of innovative practical ability based on virtual simulation technology were proposed,which can provide certain guidance for improving the teaching quality of logistics major in colleges and universities.
