摘要
针对双齿辊破碎机生产能力难以准确计算问题,开展露天矿用双齿辊破碎机生产能力的计算研究,通过对比分析破碎机生产能力现有多个经验计算公式,提出了主要计算公式的适用性。结果表明,传统的生产能力计算经验公式,主要用于初步设计阶段的计算;修正的求差法生产能力计算经验公式,主要用于技术设计阶段的生产能力计算;在技术设计阶段,还应验算通过能力是否满足生产能力安全系数需求;本文对超大型双齿辊破碎机的设计计算提供了一定的参考。
In response to the difficulty in accurately calculating the production capacity of double toothed roller crushers,a study was conducted on the calculation of the production capacity of double toothed roller crushers in open-pit mines.By comparing and analyzing multiple empirical calculation formulas for crusher production capacity,the applicability of the main calculation formulas was proposed.The results indicate that the traditional empirical formula for calculating production capacity is mainly used for calculations in the preliminary design stage;The revised empirical formula for calculating production capacity using the difference method is mainly used for calculating production capacity in the technical design stage;In the technical design phase,it is also necessary to verify whether the passing capacity meets the safety factor requirements of production capacity;This article provides some reference for the design and calculation of ultra large double toothed roller crushers.
