火龙果杂交新品种‘蜜白’的选育

摘要 针对国内缺乏优质白肉火龙果品种的问题开展火龙果新品种选育研究。‘蜜白’火龙果是从以‘美龙1号’为母本、‘白水晶’为父本的杂交后代群体中筛选出来的白肉火龙果新品种。其果实椭圆形,平均单果重247.17 g,果皮品红色,鳞片红色,果肉白色;整果可溶性固形物含量为14.04%,果心可溶性固形物含量为21.00%,可食率71.40%;肉质爽滑,无草腥味;自花结实率为83.00%;在南宁产区每年结果 10~12批次,第1批花蕾萌动时间在4月下旬,第1批果实于6月中旬成熟,最晚一批于12月上旬成熟。该品种具有单批挂果率高、大小批次结果现象不明显等特点,适合广西南宁火龙果种植区栽培。 To address the shortage of high-quality white-fleshed pitaya cultivars in China,research on the breeding of new pitaya varieties was conducted.The'Mibai'pitaya(Hylocereus undatus)is a new white-fleshed cultivar selected from the hybrid progeny of'Meilong No.1'(female parent)and'Baishuijing'(male parent).The fruit is elliptical,with an average single fruit weight of 247.17 g.The peel is magenta with red bracts,and the flesh is white.The soluble solid content(SSC)of the whole fruit is 14.04%,reaching 21.00%in the fruit core.The edible portion accounts for 71.40%.The flesh is smooth in texture and absence of herbaceous odor.The self-pollination fruit set rate is 83.00%.In the Nanning production area,the cultivar produces 10~12 fruiting batches annually.The first flower buds emerge in late April,the first batch of fruits matures in mid-June,and the latest batch matures in early December.This cultivar is characterized by a high single-batch fruit set rate and insignificant size variation across batches,making it suitable for cultivation in major pitaya-growing regions of Nanning,Guangxi.
