建筑用镁合金板的轧制工艺和组织演变研究

摘要 为了分析轧机辊速对镁合金变形能力的影响,文章通过轧制试验、金相实验、硬度测试和x射线衍射等系统分析了AZ31镁合金板的冷轧工艺和组织性能演变。比较分析第一道次与第二道次不同辊速对轧制力能参数、微观组织、力学性能以及织构取向的影响。结果表明,随着辊速增加,组织分布越来越不均匀;相同压下量时,辊速增加,AZ31镁合金板硬度减小;轧制辊速越小,AZ31镁合金板的基面织构取向越大;AZ31镁合金板的冷轧工艺选取小压下量轧制。该结果对AZ31镁合金板轧制生产工艺优化提供参考依据。 In order to analyze the influence of rolling mill roll speed on the deformation ability of magnesium alloy,the cold rolling process and micro-structure and property evolution of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet were systematically analyzed through rolling tests,metallographic experiments,hardness testing,and X-ray diffraction.Results indicate that as the roller speed increases,the distribution of the micro-structure becomes increasingly uneven;When the same amount of pressure is applied,the hardness of AZ31 magnesium alloy plate decreases as the roller speed increases;The smaller the rolling speed,the greater the orientation of the basal texture of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet;The cold rolling process of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet selects small reduction rolling.This result provides a reference for optimizing the rolling production process of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet.
