摘要
目的:研究益气活血法对老年中风康复期患者生活质量带来的具体影响,同时通过临床大数据分析技术提升疗效评估的精准度与可信度.方法:自本院康复科2024年1月份至2025年7月份收治的老年中风康复期患者中,通过医院电子病历系统随机选择100例,借助临床数据管理平台提取患者基线资料(包括体质分型、病程、基础疾病等),经随机数表法分成数量一致的参考组(20例气虚体质+30例血瘀体质,常规西医疗法)与观察组(22例气虚体质+28例血瘀体质,中医益气活血法).治疗期间通过康复评估信息化系统对比治疗后中风后遗症发生率、不同体质中医证候积分、日常生活能力(MBI)与生活质量(SS-QOL)评分指标,运用SPSS 25.0 统计学软件进行数据对比分析.结果:数据分析显示,观察组中风后遗症发生率4%;治疗1个月后22例气虚体质者中医证候积分(2.00±0.15)分,28例血瘀体质者(1.93±0.28)分,数据略小于参考组;MBI评分(60.28±7.41)分,SS-QOL评分(162.34±17.72)分,分值略大于参考组,组间差异有统计学对比意义(P值均<0.05).结论:老年中风康复期患者的生活质量在益气活血法治疗下能得到显著改善,亦能优化疗效,提升日常生活能力,减少并发症发生风险.
Objective:To evaluate the impact of Qi-supplementing and blood-activating therapy(YSH)on quality of life(QOL)in elderly patients during stroke rehabilitation and to improve the accuracy and reliability of efficacy assessment using big-data analytics.Methods:From January 2024 to July 2025,100 elderly stroke patients were randomly selected from the hospital's EMR system.Baseline data(constitution type,course of disease,comorbidities)were extracted through a clinical-data platform.Patients were randomly assigned to a control group(20 Qi-deficient+30 blood-stasis,routine Western medicine)or an observation group(22 Qi-deficient+28 blood-stasis,YSH therapy).An in-house rehabilitation-information system was used to compare post-treatment sequelae incidence,TCM syndrome scores,activities of daily living(MBI),and QOL(SS-QOL).SPSS 25.0 was employed for statistical analysis.Results:Sequelae incidence was 4%in the observation group.After 1 month,TCM syndrome scores were(2.00±0.15)for Qi-deficient and(1.93±0.28)for blood-stasis patients—slightly lower than in controls.MBI and SS-QOL scores were(60.28±7.41)and(162.34±17.72),respectively—significantly higher than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:YSH therapy significantly improves QOL,daily-living ability and clinical outcomes while reducing complication risk in elderly stroke survivors during rehabilitation.
