摘要
深究宫崎市定在东西交通视野下构建的世界史叙事肌理时发现,其对日本“朴素民族”的形象塑造,始终凸显“日本优越论”的思想主线,深嵌着民族主义与国家主义底色。他通过预设“朴素民族”与“文明社会”的天然对立,制造理论假说,鼓吹战时日本“朴素民族”对外扩张行为的正当性和合理性。及至战后,宫崎市定依旧将日本对外扩张行径美化为所谓“文明使命”,固守“日本主导东亚转型”的叙事逻辑,由此映射出其史观潜藏的主观偏见和政治诉求。
A close examination of the texture of the world history narrative constructed by Miyazaki Ichisada from the perspective of East-West interactions reveals that his portrayal of Japan as the“Simple Nation”had consistently taken“Theory of Japanese Superiority”as its ideological core,being deeply embedded with nationalist and statist undertones.By presupposing an inherent opposition between“Simple Nation”and“Civilized Society”,he developed theoretical hypotheses to justify the legitimacy and rationality of Japan’s external expansionist acts as the“Simple Nation”during the war years.In his post-war retrospection,he continued to glamorize Japan’s external expansions as a so-called“Civilizing Mission”and clung to the narrative logic of“Japan Leading East Asia’s Transformation”,which profoundly reflects the subjective biases and political metaphors of his historical views.
