摘要
目的分析非布司他与达格列净联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变伴高尿酸血症的临床应用价值。方法方便选取2025年1—8月鄂州城南医院收治的110例糖尿病周围神经病变伴高尿酸血症患者,以治疗方式不同分两组,各55例。对照组应用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上联合达格列净与非布司他。比较两组血糖水平、肾脏功能、神经功能、不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖为(4.36±0.48)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(5.53±0.61)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(6.38±0.32)mmol/L、(8.38±0.85)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=25.968,20.202;P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组神经肽Y、同型半胱氨酸水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变伴高尿酸血症患者使用非布司他与达格列净联合治疗,能够降低其血糖水平,提高肾脏功能,改善神经功能,且不会增加药物不良反应。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of febuxostat combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with hyperuricemia.Methods 110 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and hyperuricemia admitted to Ezhou Chengnan Hospital from January to August 2025 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with dapagliflozin and febuxostat on the basis of routine treatment.The blood glucose level,renal function,neurological function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose of the study group was(4.36±0.48)mmol/L,and the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose was(5.53±0.61)mmol/L,which were lower than(6.38±0.32)mmol/L,(8.38±0.85)mmol/L of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=25.968,20.202;all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,24-hour urine protein and urea nitrogen in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neuropeptide Y and homocysteine in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of febuxostat and dapagliflozin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and hyperuricemia can reduce their blood glucose levels,improve renal function,improve neurological function,and can't increase incidence of adverse drug reactions.
