摘要
随着医学毕业生数量持续增长、就业形势趋紧,医学生普遍承受着较大的就业与心理压力,这一现象已成为医学类院校开展思想政治教育和人才培养工作时需要重点关注的问题。本研究基于医学生就业意向与心理状态调查数据,深入分析医学生就业压力的主要来源,揭示就业压力形成的心理机制。在此基础上,重点探索心理疏导与就业指导的协同路径,旨在舒缓医学生就业焦虑情绪、提升岗位胜任力与生涯规划能力,为医学类院校建立心理与就业融合的育人方法提供参考,促进毕业生高质量充分就业。
With the continuous increase in medical graduates and the increasingly challenging job market,medical students are facing significant employment and psychological pressures,which has become a critical issue requiring attention in ideological and political education and talent cultivation at medical institutions.This study,based on survey data on medical students’employment intentions and psychological states,conducts an in-depth analysis of the primary sources of employment pressure and reveals the psychological mechanisms underlying its formation.Building on this foundation,the paper focuses on exploring synergistic approaches between psychological counseling and career guidance.The aim is to alleviate employment anxiety among medical students,enhance their job competency and career planning capabilities,and provide reference for medical institutions to establish integrated psychological and employment education methods.This ultimately promotes high-quality and full employment for graduates.
