摘要
在“低空经济”研究领域,如何科学合理地划分低空空域与城市空间的边界已成为亟需解决的关键课题。研究提出“城市上空界面”概念,作为划分二者的虚拟三维边界面,并以“粗糙度”参数量化表征其复杂性。基于GI S平台,比较分析中国、美国、欧洲17个城市,发现中国城市的上空界面具有核心分散、高低错落的特点,且具有更高的粗糙度;而美国城市具有核心集聚、外围平整的特点;欧洲城市则趋于平整。研究以“城市上空界面”概念为理论锚点,展示了深圳市福田区街区尺度“水平分区与垂直分层”的空域管控构想;并对构建街区尺度eVTOL起降站点选址的量化评估方法进行了初步探索。
In the field of“low-altitude economy”research,how to scientifically and rationally delineate the boundary between low-altitude airspace and urban space has become a critical issue in urgent need of resolution.This study introduces the concept of the“urban airspace interface”as a virtual three-dimensional boundary to distinguish between the two,and employs the parameter of“roughness”to quantitatively characterize its complexity.Based on a GIS platform,a comparative analysis of 17 cities in China,the United States and Europe reveals that Chinese cities exhibit dispersed cores and uneven heights in their urban airspace interfaces,with higher roughness;American cities show centralized cores and smoother peripheries;while European cities tend to have flatter interfaces.Anchored theoretically by the“Urban Airspace Interface”concept,this study presents a conceptual framework for block-scale airspace management in Futian District,Shenzhen,based on“horizontal zoning and vertical layering”.It also provides a preliminary exploration of a quantitative assessment method to evaluate potential eVTOL takeoff and landing sites at the block scale.
