摘要
2024年印发的《全面加强新时代高校辅导员队伍建设行动方案》对全面推进新时代高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化、专家化发展提出明确要求。在高校辅导员职业发展过程中存在着不同层级的逻辑错位。文章尝试通过扎根理论分析方法,以高校辅导员“软实力”为切入点,探讨高校辅导员个体职业发展自我建构机制的运行规律。研究发现,基本关注、品质关注、社会关注和自我关注四个维度因素共同构成新时代高校辅导员职业生涯自我建构机制模型。文章进一步梳理了模型运行机理,给出高校辅导员专业发展道路的对策建议。
The Action Plan for Comprehensively Strengthening the Construction of University Counselors in the New Era issued in 2024 outlines explicit requirements for advancing the professionalization,vocationalization,and specialization of university counselors in the new era.However,logical dislocations at various levels persist in the career development process of university counselors.This study employs grounded theory analysis,with a focus on the“soft power”of university counselors,to explore the operational mechanisms underlying the self-construction of university counselors’individual career development.The research identifies four dimensions of basic concern,quality concern,social concern,and self-concern that collectively form the self-construction mechanism model for the career development of university counselors in the new era.Additionally,the study elucidates the operational mechanism of the model and proposes strategies and recommendations for the professional development of university counselors.
