摘要
本文采用定量研究方法,以虚拟学生人数作为实际工作量的衡量指标,然后以此为基准,按照多劳多得和绩优多得原则,构建了辅导员工作绩效考核模型;并以南方某独立学院为例,进行了实证分析,结论证明:简单地以学生人数衡量辅导员实际工作量是不科学的,没有充分发挥出绩效考核体系应有的激励作用,应采用综合考核体系。
Using the quantitative research method,this paper builds a college advisors performance evaluation model on the principles of " more pay for more work" and " more pay for better work",taking the virtual number of students as the measurement index of an advisor’s real workload.Then,it makes an empirical analysis of some independent college in the south and concludes that it is not scientific to simply judge an advisor’s workload by the number of students put in their charge because this way the evaluation mechanism cannot motivate advisors as it is supposed to.Scientific evaluation can be carried out only when there is a comprehensive evaluation system.
