摘要
目的探讨一体化急救护理在四肢开放性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性配对设计,根据年龄、性别、致伤原因及部位进行1∶1配对,将2024年1月至2025年7月收治的100例四肢开放性骨折患者分为观察组与对照组各50例。观察组实施一体化急救护理(包括规范院前处置、启动绿色通道、多学科协作及系统化术后康复与心理支持),对照组采用常规分步式急救护理。比较两组急救环节时间(会诊、辅助检查、急诊抢救、急诊至手术)、愈合时间(伤口、骨折)、负性心理评分(SAS、SDS)及并发症发生率。结果观察组会诊时间、辅助检查时间、急诊抢救时间、急诊至手术时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组伤口愈合时间及骨折愈合时间亦显著缩短(P<0.001)。出院前,观察组SAS评分与SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的22.00%(P=0.021)。结论一体化急救护理可有效优化四肢开放性骨折患者的急救流程,缩短救治及愈合时间,减轻负性情绪,并降低并发症风险,具有显著的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application effect of integrated emergency nursing in patients with open limb fractures.Methods A retrospective matched-pair design was used.Based on age,gender,cause of injury,and location,100 patients with open limb fractures admitted between January 2024 and July 2025 were matched 1:1 and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received integrated emergency nursing(including standardized pre-hospital management,activation of a green channel,multidisciplinary collaboration,and systematic postoperative rehabilitation and psychological support),while the control group received conventional step-by-step emergency nursing.The emergency process times(consultation,auxiliary examinations,emergency rescue,emergency department to operating room),healing times(wound,fracture),negative psychological scores(SAS,SDS),and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The consultation time,auxiliary examination time,emergency rescue time,and time from emergency department to operating room in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The wound healing time and fracture healing time in the observation group were also significantly shorter(P<0.001).Before discharge,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total complication rate in the observation group was 6.00%,significantly lower than the 22.00%in the control group(P=0.021).Conclusion Integrated emergency nursing can effectively optimize the emergency process for patients with open limb fractures,shorten treatment and healing times,alleviate negative emotions,and reduce the risk of complications,demonstrating significant clinical value for promotion and application.
