摘要
目的:探讨多发伤患者伤情评估系统在院前急救护理中的应用。方法:将2010-03-2010-09的92例转诊多发伤患者作为对照组,实施常规院前急救护理流程。2011-01-2012-12转诊的急危重症患者235例作为观察组,应用CRAMS创伤评分和早期预警评分评估转诊的多发伤患者,并指导建立多发伤患者院前救治护理模式。比较2种评分系统的特点和准确度,比较2组患者的转运途中死亡率、转运并发症发生率、满意度。结果:2种评分系统均可以准确区分患者危重程度并提示并发症的发生可能,观察组患者转运途中死亡率、转运并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:2种评分系统相互结合,为多发伤患者院前急救的评估提供了新思路;指导院前多发伤患者救治护理模式运行,提高院前护理质量,降低了患者死亡率。
Objective：To evaluate injury assessment system-guided Pre-hospital nursing in multiple trauma patients.Method：Ninety-two cases of multiple trauma patients,which were transferred by prior procedure of Pre-hospital nursing,were selected as control group from Mar 1,2010 to Sep 30,2010.235 cases of multiple trauma patients,which were transferred by CRAMS and early warning score-guided Pre-hospital care model,were selected as observation group from Jan 1,2011 to Dec 31,2012.The characteristics and accuracy of the 2scoring systems was analyzed.The transfer mortality,morbidity and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result：Both of 2scoring systems can accurately assess the severity of the patient and predict the morbidity.The mortality and morbidity during transportation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of the2 scoring systems provides a new idea for Pre-hospital emergency treatment of multiple trauma patients,and could guide the treatment of patients with multiple injuries,improve the quality of Pre-hospital care,reduce the mortality.
