摘要
在产教融合战略深入推进的背景下,开放式实验教学已成为应用型高校培养高素质技术技能人才的核心路径。其打破传统实验教学的时空限制与模式桎梏,通过深度对接产业需求,构建“教学-实践-产业”的联动机制,精准契合企业对人才实践创新能力的诉求。以能源化工产业密集区的应用型高校为研究样本,紧扣区域能源化工产业发展脉搏,以“产业需求导向、能力本位重构、资源开放共享、校企协同育人”为核心,系统探索开放式实验教学模式的构建路径。文中结合高校实验教学改革实践,从产教融合视角下的教学体系重构、资源整合、管理机制创新等方面阐述具体方法,通过典型校企合作案例呈现改革成效,剖析现存问题并提出优化策略,为同类院校深化实验教学改革、强化产教融合实效提供实践参考。
Under the background of the integration of industry and education,open experimental teaching has become the core path to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents in application-oriented universities.It breaks the time and space constraints and model shackles of traditional experimental teaching,builds a linkage mechanism of'teaching-practice-industry'through deep docking of industrial needs,and accurately meets the demands of enterprises for talents'practical and innovative ability.This paper takes the application-oriented colleges and universities in the energy and chemical industry intensive areas as the research sample,closely follows the pulse of the development of the regional energy and chemical industry,and takes'industrial demand orientation,competency-based reconstruction,resource opening and sharing,school-enterprise collaborative education'as the core to systematically explore the construction path of open experimental teaching mode.Based on the practice of experimental teaching reform in colleges and universities,this paper expounds the specific methods from the aspects of teaching system reconstruction,resource integration and management mechanism innovation from the perspective of industry-education integration.Through typical school-enterprise cooperation cases,the reform results are presented,the existing problems are analyzed and the optimization strategies are put forward,which provides practical reference for similar colleges and universities to deepen the experimental teaching reform and strengthen the effectiveness of industry-education integration.
