摘要
随着油气勘探开发目标复杂度和地质条件苛刻性的增加,大体量、高泵压、高精度、变密度及多级注水泥等作业对固井作业提出了更高的可靠性、效率和精确度要求。因此,固井工艺及其配套装备的技术革新至关重要,而传统的固井水泥头设备难以满足自动化和精确化方面的需求。为此,设计并研制了一体式气驱自动化固井水泥头,以提升陆上固井作业的效率、安全性和便利性。该设备集成了90°投塞和流道同步切换结构、模块化高压气源及多级指示的双模式控制系统,实现了机械组件、控制系统和远控软件系统的高度集成;通过优化机械结构设计,减少了流道闸阀数量,并采用气动驱动方式,简化了整体结构,减轻了设备质量;无线远程控制技术的应用提高了操作安全性,避免了现场连接与布线的繁琐工作。经过静水压强度试验、控制系统测试及投胶塞功能试验测试,验证了其可靠性和实用性。辽河油田的应用案例证明,该设备在现场作业中显著提升了固井作业的自动化水平,实现了高压井口无人化。研究结果可为固井作业提供一种高效、便捷且可靠的解决方案,具有广阔的应用前景。
With the increasing complexity of oil and gas exploration and development targets and the more and more stringent geological conditions,large-volume,high pumping pressure,high-precision,variable-density and multi-stage cementing operations require higher reliability,efficiency and accuracy.Thus,technical innovations in cementing process and associated equipment are extremely important,while traditional cementing heads are struggling to meet the requirements for automation and accuracy.This study designed and developed an integrated pneumatic-driven automated cementing head(hereafter referred to as pneumatic cementing head)to enhance the efficiency,safety,and convenience of onshore cementing operations.The pneumatic cementing head integrates a 90°plug injection and flow path synchronous switching mechanism,modular high-pressure air source,and multilevel indication dual-mode control system,achieving a highly integrated structure comprising mechanical components,control systems,and remote control software.By optimizing the mechanical design to reduce the number of flow gate valves and employing the pneumatic drive mode,the overall structure is simplified,and the equipment weight is reduced.The application of wireless remote control technology improves operational safety and avoids the cumbersome work of on-site connections and wiring.Through laboratory tests,including hydrostatic pressure strength test,control system test,and plug injection function test,the reliability and practicality of the pneumatic cementing head have been verified.Field application in the Liaohe Oilfield demonstrated significant improvements in the automation level of cementing operations,achieving unmanned high-pressure wellhead operations.The integrated pneumatic-driven automated cementing head provides an efficient,convenient,and reliable solution for cementing operations,and it is promising for future applications.
