摘要
肺癌是严重威胁人类生命健康的恶性肿瘤之一,根据其临床表现,肺癌多归属于中医“肺积”“积聚”“癌瘤”等范畴。中医在肺癌治疗中有独特的理论和实践经验,基于“肝-肺络-髓”理论,通过对相关中医经典理论的研究和现代临床实践的总结认为肝为气化之始,疏泄气血;肺络为气血渗灌的通道,运行气血;髓为化血之源,化生气血。肝肺同调,肺髓相联,肝血充髓,“肝-肺络-髓”失调导致气血化生与运行失常,肝肺失调,肺络瘀阻,髓血亏虚,进而导致肺癌的发生和进展。并提出调畅肝肺、舒畅气血,行气散瘀、疏通肺络,补虚扶正、益髓补血的治疗原则,旨在为肺癌的中医治疗提供新的理论依据和临床思路。
Lung cancer is one of malignant tumors that seriously threaten human life and health,according to its clinical manifestations,lung cancer mostly belongs to categories of traditional Chinese medicine such as“lung accumulation”,“abdominal mass”,“cancer”,etc.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique theories and practical experience in the treatment of lung cancer,based on the theory of“liver-lung collaterals-marrow”,through study of relevant classic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and summary of modern clinical practice,it is believed that liver serves as the origin of qi transformation,regulating the flow of qi and blood;lung collaterals act as channels for perfusion of qi and blood,facilitating their circulation;and marrow functions as the source of blood production,generating qi and blood.The coordinated regulation of liver and lung,along with connection between lung and marrow,liver blood enriches marrow,dysfunction of“liver-lung collateral-marrow”disrupts production and circulation of qi and blood,leading to liver lung disharmony,stagnation of lung collaterals,and marrow blood deficiency,which ultimately contribute to occurrence and progression of lung cancer.And propose treatment principles of regulating liver and lung,relaxing qi and blood,promoting qi circulation,dispersing blood stasis,unblocking lung collaterals,tonifying deficiency and supporting the body,and nourishing marrow and blood,intended to provide new theoretical basis and clinical ideas for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer.
