摘要
为筛选出能够高效防治水稻麦长管蚜的杀虫剂,采用药膜法测定6种稻田常用杀虫剂对麦长管蚜成虫室内毒力,同时在田间进行防治效果验证。室内毒力测定结果表明,生物源杀虫剂阿维菌素和新烟碱类杀虫剂对麦长管蚜的毒力高于吡啶类和吡啶酰胺类,6种药剂毒力大小依次为:5%阿维菌素>10%烯啶虫胺>70%噻虫嗪>20%吡虫啉>10%氟啶虫酰胺>25%吡蚜酮。田间药效结果表明,10%烯啶虫胺AS和5%阿维菌素EC对麦长管蚜具有较好的速效性和田间防效,施药1 d后的防效分别为95.67%、97.33%,显著高于其他药剂。鉴于药剂安全性,建议优先推荐10%烯啶虫胺AS作为防治水稻麦长管蚜的高效药剂。
In order to screen out insecticides that can effectively control Sitobion miscanthi(Takahashi).The toxicity of six insecticides commonly used in rice fields to adults of Sitobion miscanthi(Takahashi)was determined by drug membrane method,and the control effect was verified in the field.The results of laboratory toxicity test showed that the toxicity of biological pesticides avermectin and nicotine insecticides to Sitobion miscanthi(Takahashi)was higher than that of pyridine and pyridine amide.The order of toxicity of the six pesticides is avermectin>nitenpyram>thiamethoxam>imidacloprid>flonicamid>pymetrozine.The results of field efficacy showed that nitenpyram 10%AS and avermectin 5%EC had good field control effects on Sitobion miscanthi(Takahashi),and the control effects were 95.67%and 97.33%after one day of application,which were significantly higher than other pesticides.This study showed that nitenpyram 10%AS had good laboratory insecticidal activity and field control effect on Sitobion miscanthi(Takahashi)population in rice fields in Liaoning Province.In view of the safety of the pesticide,it is suggested that nitenpyram 10%AS should be selected as an efficient pesticide to control Sitobion miscanthi(Takahashi).
