基于知识图谱的问题导向式教学在血液内科临床护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨基于知识图谱的问题导向式教学在血液内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法:将2022年1月—6月及7月—12月各30名实习护生分别设为对照组与试验组。试验组采用基于知识图谱的问题导向式教学方法,对照组采用目标教学法。比较两组评判性思维与自主学习能力。结果:试验组能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在血液内科临床护理教学中基于知识图谱的问题导向式教学方法运用效果显著,可提升评判性思维能力、自主学习能力,值得推广研究。 Objective:To explore the application effect of a knowledge graph-based problem-based learning(PBL)approach in hematology nursing education.Methods:A total of 60 nursing interns were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(January-June 2022,n=30)and the experimental group(July-December 2022,n=30).The experimental group received the knowledge graph-based PBL teaching method,while the control group followed traditional teaching.Critical thinking and self-directed learning abilities were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in both critical thinking and self-directed learning abilities compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The knowledge graph-based PBL method is effective in hematology nursing education,significantly enhancing students'critical thinking and self-directed learning abilities,and merits further promotion and study.
