摘要 新课标强调劳动教育与多学科融合,当前小学劳动教育存在碎片化、脱离生活等问题,需依托校本课程构建,落实核心素养培育,助力学生全面发展与劳动价值观塑造。本文聚焦基于核心素养的小学劳动教育与多学科融合校本课程构建策略。阐述了在核心素养背景下开展劳动教育与多学科融合校本课程的重要性,提出从课程目标设定、内容整合、教学方法运用、评价体系构建等方面的具体构建策略,旨在通过构建这一校本课程,提升学生的综合素养,促进学生全面发展。 The new curriculum standards emphasize the integration of labor education and multiple disciplines.Currently,primary school labor education faces problems such as fragmentation and detachment from daily life.It is necessary to rely on school-based curriculum construction,implement core literacy cultivation,and help students develop comprehensively and shape their labor values.This article focuses on the construction strategy of primary school labor education based on core competencies and interdisciplinary integration of school-based curriculum.This article elaborates on the importance of carrying out labor education and interdisciplinary integration in school-based curriculum under the background of core literacy,and proposes specific construction strategies from the aspects of curriculum goal setting,content integration,teaching method application,and evaluation system construction.The aim is to improve students'comprehensive literacy and promote their all-round development through the construction of this school-based curriculum.
