基于教学质量国家标准为引领的临床医学二级学科专业课程设置研究

Research on Curriculum Design for Secondary Discipline Programs in Clinical Medicine Guided by the National Standards for Undergraduate Teaching Quality

摘要 本研究基于《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》对广西某医科大学4个临床医学二级学科专业课程设置进行对比分析。研究发现4个专业必修和限选课程总数均超60门,课程与国家标准中课程一致率较高;实习安排均大于48周,其中临床通科实习平均占总实习的57.69%,专科实习平均占总实习的37.5%。表明4个专业课程体系设置基本符合国家标准,但公共卫生课程设置比较薄弱,专业特色课程及专科实习占比相对较高,课程总数相对偏多。 This study compares the curriculum desigh of four secondary discipline programs in clinical medicine at a Guangxi medical university,based on the“National Standards for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Major in Regular Institutions of Higher Education”.The research found that the total number of required and elective courses for each of the four majors exceeded 60,and the consistency rate of the courses with the national standards was relatively high.The internship arrangements for all four majors were more than 48 weeks,among which the average proportion of general clinical internships in the total internship was 57.69%,and the average proportion of specialized internships was 37.5%.This indicates that the course system settings of the four majors basically comply with the national standards,but the public health course settings are relatively weak,and the proportion of professional characteristic courses and specialized internships is relatively high,with a relatively large total number of courses.
