摘要
目前,在针织纬编面料市场上,大多数为常规的平纹、罗纹、卫衣、不规则提花、三明治等面料。随着健康生活理念的普及,人们对运动品牌面料的需求逐步增加,特别是当下最流行的五明治面料。常规的五明治面料具有保暖、透气、抗起毛起球性能优良、穿着舒适性强等特点,为了满足更高端客户的需求,针对目前市场上五明治面料抗菌持久性不足的问题,文章将制备抗菌面料的两种方式巧妙地结合在一起,主要从织造工艺、染色工艺、后整理工艺等方面进行全流程研究,制备出抗菌性极强的抗菌抗病毒五明治面料。其经过50次洗涤后,抗菌等级依然达到AAA级。
At present,in the market of knitted weft-knitted fabrics,most of them are jersey,rib,fleece,irregular jacquard,three-layer and other fabrics.With the popularization of the concept of healthy living,people’s demand for sports brand fabrics is gradually increasing,especially the most popular five-layer knitted fabric at present.Conventional five-layer knitted fabric has the characteristics of warmth,breathability,excellent anti pilling performance,and strong wearing comfort.In order to meet the needs of more high-end customers and address the insufficient antibacterial durability of five-layer knitted fabric in the current market,this article ingeniously combines two methods of preparing antibacterial and antiviral fabrics,mainly focusing on the entire process of weaving,dyeing,and post processing,to prepare highly antibacterial and antiviral five-layer knitted fabric.After 50 washes,the antibacterial grade still reaches AAA level.
