伺服送纱技术在纬编面料创新设计中的应用

摘要 大圆机采用电子伺服送纱系统已逐渐代替传统的机械式输纱盘送纱系统。文章主要探讨在纬编针织大圆机上安装电子伺服送纱系统以实现创新面料产品设计的应用情况。此项技术的应用不仅能够更为方便、准确地调节大圆机送纱量,还能充分利用伺服送纱系统的电子特性,在机器运转过程中不断调整和控制送纱量大小,从而能设计生产出一系列能够变化纱线长度、具有独特外观效果的针织面料产品,这种方法对于纬编针织面料产品的开发具有创新意义。 The adoption of electronic servo yarn feeding systems in large diameter circular knitting machines has gradually replaced the traditional mechanical yarn feeding disc systems.This paper primarily discusses the application of installing electronic servo yarn feeding systems on weft-knitting circular knitting machines to achieve innovative fabric product design.The application of this technology not only enables more convenient and accurate adjustment of the yarn feeding volume of the circular knitting machine,but also fully utilizes the electronic characteristics of the servo yarn feeding system to continuously adjust and control the yarn feeding volume during machine operation.As a result,it becomes possible to design and produce a series of knitted fabric products with variable yarn lengths and unique appearance effects.This approach holds innovative significance for the development of weft-knitted fabric products.
