摘要
广州地铁22号线番祈中间风井—番祈2#盾构井区间为中风化、微风化混合花岗岩,在工期紧、任务重的情况下,为确保工程顺利推进,拟增加盾构暗挖空推段。首先阐述了空推段长度优化、施工方法及盾构空推隧道导台设计,然后针对传统人工上料(喷射豆砾石)方式效率低、可持续性不强、进度难以控制的问题,对相关设备进行针对性改造,实现了机械化上料与洞内豆砾石喷射,施工效率显著提高,工期相比原设计方案缩短约50%,同时有效保证了成型隧道的外观质量。
The section between the Fanqi central air shaft and the Fanqi 2#shield shaft of Guangzhou Metro Line 22 consists of moderately weathered and slightly weathered migmatitic granite.Faced with tight construction schedules and heavy tasks,an additional shield underground excavation empty-pushing section was proposed to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Firstly,the optimization of the length of empty-pushing section,the construction method,and the design of the guide platform for shield empty-pushing were elaborated.Then,in response to the problems of low efficiency,weak sustainability,and difficulty in controlling the progress of the traditional manual feeding(pea gravel injection)method,targeted modifications were made to the relevant equipment,achieving mechanized feeding and pea gravel injection inside the tunnel,greatly improving the construction efficiency.As a result,the construction period was shortened by about 50%compared with the original design plan,and the appearance quality of the completed tunnel was effectively ensured.
