摘要
以深汕高铁大门浦及淡澳盾构隧道工程为依托,采用现场盾构渣土中的花岗岩石渣进行壁后填充,通过室内试验测量花岗岩石渣的表观密度、级配、超径及逊径含量、吸水率、含泥量、针片状含量及硫化物及硫酸盐含量等指标,研究花岗岩石渣代替豆砾石填充可行性,并进行灌浆结石体28 d单轴抗压强度试验。结果表明:花岗岩石渣能够满足豆砾石工程要求,可以代替豆砾石进行壁后填充。
Based on the Damenpu and Dan'ao shield-tunnel projects of the Shenzhen-Shanwei High-Speed Railway,granite rock chips recovered from on-site shield muck were used as a substitute for pea gravel in backfilling behind the segment lining.Laboratory tests were conducted to determine the key properties of the granite rock chips,including bulk density,gradation,oversize and undersize contents,water absorption,clay content,flakiness index,and sulfide and sulfate contents.The feasibility of replacing pea gravel with granite rock chips for backfill applications was evaluated,and the 28 d uniaxial compressive strength of the hardened grout-aggregate specimens was tested.The results indicate that the granite rock chips satisfy the engineering requirements for pea gravel and can be used as an alternative material for grouting behind wall.
