摘要
采用外掺法向半刚性基层二次再生混合料中掺入占水泥质量3‰的增强剂,以7 d无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度作为评价指标,研究二次再生铣刨料掺量与掺配方式对水泥稳定二次再生混合料路用性能的影响;通过开展不同铣刨料掺量下水泥稳定二次再生混合料的30 d干缩试验,研究铣刨料掺量对其干缩性能的影响;同时通过在混合料中掺入不同比例膨胀剂,研究膨胀剂掺量对水泥稳定二次再生混合料早期干缩性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着二次再生铣刨料掺量的提高,再生混合料的7 d无侧限抗压强度降低,劈裂强度有所上升,干缩系数增大;分档掺配方式可有效提高再生水泥稳定碎石的力学强度,掺入占水泥质量约5%的膨胀剂,对水泥稳定二次再生混合料的干缩性能具有显著改善作用。
An external admixture method was adopted to add a reinforcing agent accounting for 3‰of the cement mass into the semi-rigid base secondary recycled mixture.Taking the 7-day unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength as evaluation indicators,the effects of different dosages and mixing methods of secondary recycled milled materials on the road performance of cement-stabilized secondary recycled mixtures were studied.Through 30-day dry shrinkage tests of cement-stabilized secondary recycled mixtures with different milled material dosages,the influence of milled material dosage on the dry shrinkage performance was investigated.At the same time,by adding different proportions of expansive agent into the mixtures,the effects of expansive agent dosages on the early-stage dry shrinkage performance of cement-stabilized secondary recycled mixtures were studied.The research results indicate that with the increase of the dosage of secondary recycled milled materials,the 7-day unconfined compressive strength of the recycled mixture decreases,while the splitting strength increases to a certain extent and the drying shrinkage coefficient rises.The graded mixing method can effectively improve the mechanical strength of recycled cement stabilized macadam,and adding expansive agent with a dosage of about 5%of the cement mass has a significant improvement effect on the dry shrinkage performance of the cement-stabilized secondary recycled mixture.
