摘要
文章以普通砂浆为基体,通过外掺法将提铜后的粉碎PCB非金属废料作为填料掺入砂浆,系统研究不同掺量及粒径对砂浆稠度与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在相同掺量下,PCB废料粒径越小,砂浆抗折强度越高,且当PCB粒径为0.6~1.8 mm时,掺量为15%时砂浆的抗折强度提升最大为21.8%,而抗压强度增幅有限最大仅为2.3%。随着PCB掺量增加,砂浆稠度显著下降,但相同掺量下,粒径越大,砂浆流动性越好。
Taking ordinary mortar as the base material,the crushed non-metallic waste of PCB after copper extraction was mixed into the mortar as the filler by the external admixture method,and the effects of different admixtures and particle sizes on the consistency and mechanical properties of the mortar were systematically studied.The results show that:under the same dosage,the smaller the particle size of PCB waste,the higher the flexural strength of the mortar.And when the particle size of PCB is 0.6mm-1.8mm,when the dosage is 15%,the maximum increase in the flexural strength of the mortar is 21.8%.while the increase in compressive strength is limited,with a maximum of only 2.3%.With the increase of PCB dosage,the consistency of the mortar decreases significantly.However,under the same dosage,the larger the particle size,the better the fluidity of the mortar.
