摘要
高校学科建设与学报发展是相辅相成、共生共荣的学术共同体.学科建设作为学报的“内容源泉”与“质量根基”,为其提供明确的办刊定位、稳定的优质稿源和专业的编审力量;而学报作为学科建设的“展示窗口”与“推动引擎”,通过成果展示、学术交流、人才培育和方向引领,反哺并驱动学科发展.然而,两者在耦合发展过程中面临认知偏差、综合化与专业化矛盾、优质稿源外流、管理体制僵化等现实困境.为推动其协同发展,应构建以学术为核心的“学报—学科”新型关系路径,包括学报明确定位,走特色化、专业化发展道路;创新办刊机制,主动融入学科;改革科研评价体系,激励优质成果内流;推动数字转型,赋能学术传播;构建“编—研—学”一体化的学术共同体.最终,通过双方协同发力,形成良性循环,共同提升高校的整体学术实力与影响力.
Discipline construction and university journal development are complementary and symbiotic academic communities.As the"content source"and"quality foundation"of university journals,discipline construction provides clear positioning,stable high-quality manuscripts and professional editorial strength for journals.As the"display window"and"driving engine"of discipline construction,university journals feed back and drive discipline development through achievement display,academic exchange,talent cultivation and direction guidance.However,in the process of coupled development,they face practical dilemmas such as cognitive bias,contradiction between comprehensiveness and specialization,outflow of high-quality manuscripts,and rigid management system.To promote their coordinated development,a new academic-centered"journal-discipline"relationship path should be constructed:clarify journal positioning and take a characteristic and specialized development path;innovate journal operation mechanisms and actively integrate into disciplines;reform the research evaluation system to encourage the inflow of high-quality achievements;promote digital transformation to empower academic communication;build an integrated"editing-research-learning"academic community.Finally,through the joint efforts of both sides,a virtuous cycle can be formed to jointly improve the overall academic strength and influence of universities.
