柑橘皮提取物化妆品配方的双效优势研究

摘要 为测定添加柑橘皮提取物的化妆品配方的抗氧化与安全性能,采用酶解法提取柑橘皮,将所得提取物作为功效成分添加至凝露基质中,开展以提取物添加量为单因素的配方实验;通过化学抗氧化实验、细胞毒性实验及人体斑贴试验综合评价其性能.研究结果显示:酶解提取对柑橘皮中总黄酮的提取率达2.67%;当提取物在凝露中的质量分数分别为0.53%、0.62%、0.74%、0.90%、1.08%时,DPPH自由基清除率为32%~39%,ABTS+自由基清除率为49%~52%,羟自由基清除率为25%~26%;红细胞溶血实验表明各浓度下溶血率均低于5%;人体斑贴试验未见皮肤发红、刺痛等不良反应.结论:酶解提取的柑橘皮提取物在化妆品应用中表现出良好的抗氧化活性和安全性,其具备作为化妆品功效原料的开发潜力. To determine the antioxidant activity and safety of cosmetic formulations added with citrus peel extract,citrus peel was extracted by enzymatic hydrolysis,and the extract was incorporated into a gel matrix as a functional ingredient.A single-factor formulation experiment was conducted with the extract addition amount as the variable.Its performance was comprehensively evaluated through chemical antioxidant assays,cytotoxicity tests and human patch tests.The results showed that the extraction yield of total flavonoids from citrus peel by enzymatic hydrolysis reached 2.67%.When the mass fractions of the extract in the gel were 0.53%,0.62%,0.74%,0.90%and 1.08%,the DPPH radical scavenging rate ranged from 32%to 39%,the ABTS+radical scavenging rate from 49%to 52%,and the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate from 25%to 26%.Erythrocyte hemolysis tests showed that the hemolysis rate at each concentration was lower than 5%.No adverse reactions such as skin redness or stinging were observed in human patch tests.In conclusion,citrus peel extract obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis exhibits good antioxidant activity and safety in cosmetic applications,and has development potential as a functional cosmetic raw material.
