“化妆品原料学”课程的产教融合模式与协同育人机制探索

摘要 《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》等提出要深化产教融合,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接。化妆品技术与工程专业是一个应用性和时尚性极强的专业,“化妆品原料学”是该专业的引领课程。基于此,通过探索在课程中“引企入教”合作模式、“化妆品配方大赛”校企共指导,以及订单式“大创课题”共建等策略,进行产教融合模式与校企协同育人机制,为培养具备实际技能的应用型人才提供重要转型升级路径。 Guidelines of the State Council on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education and other documents advocate deepening industry-education integration to foster organic connection among the education,talent,industrial,and innovation chains.The cosmetic technology and engineering major is an exceptionally applied and fashion-forward discipline,with Cosmetics Raw Material Science serving as its flagship course.Consequently,by exploring strategies such as“introducing enterprises into teaching”cooperation model,joint school-enterprise guidance for“Cosmetics Formula Competition”,and co-development of order-based“National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for Undergraduates”projects in the course,we established industry-education integration models and school-enterprise collaborative talent cultivation mechanisms.This provided a crucial pathway for transformation and upgrading in cultivating applied talents equipped with practical skills.
