摘要
灵芝富含多糖、三萜类等活性成分,具有重要药用价值与经济价值,菌丝高效培养是其产业化发展的关键.为优化灵芝菌丝培养工艺,研究通过单因子试验考察不同碳源、氮源、无机盐、生长因子、温度及pH对灵芝菌丝生长的影响.结果表明:灵芝菌丝生长的最适碳源为果糖,最佳氮源为大豆粉,最适无机盐为硫酸镁,最适生长因子为维生素B12,最适温度为28℃,最适pH为6.研究明确了灵芝菌丝高效培养的关键条件,可为相关产业提质增效提供切实可行的技术参考.
Ganoderma lucidum is rich in active components such as polysaccharides and triterpenoids,with important medicinal and economic values.Efficient mycelial culture is the key to its industrial development.To optimize the culture technology of G.lucidum mycelium,this study investigated the effects of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic salts,growth factors,temperatures and pH values on the mycelial growth of G.lucidum through single-factor experiments.The results showed that the optimal carbon source,nitrogen source,inorganic salt,growth factor,temperature and pH for mycelial growth were fructose,soybean meal,magnesium sulfate,vitamin B12,28℃ and 6,respectively.This study clarified the key conditions for the efficient culture of G.lucidum mycelium,which can provide practical technical references for improving the quality and efficiency of related industries.
