摘要
在服务型经济及客户需求个性化趋势渐显的情况下,服务化成为先进制造企业塑造核心竞争优势、实现转型升级的重要途径之一,但由于专业化分工,服务化的成功实施往往需要服务提供商的配合,在此过程中先进制造企业与服务提供商之间的竞合关系还未受到广泛关注。为探究服务化背景下先进制造企业与服务提供商竞合行为决策受哪些因素影响,基于竞合视角探究先进制造企业与服务提供商合作实施服务化策略的规律,在此基础上,构建了先进制造企业与服务提供商行为决策的演化博弈模型,运用MATLAB数值进行仿真,研究结果表明:产品服务依赖程度、相互信任程度、吸收能力、对潜在收益的重视程度及知识和技术溢出量能够显著推动先进制造企业与服务提供商的合作,同时合作投入成本及风险成本显著抑制了二者的合作。
With the service-oriented economy and the trend of customer demand personalization becoming increasingly apparent,the servicization has become one of the important ways for advanced manufacturing enterprises to shape their core competitive advantages and realize transformation and upgrading.However,due to the specialization of division of labor,the successful implementation of servitization often requires the cooperation of service providers,and the competitive relationship between advanced manufacturing enterprises and service providers has not yet received extensive attention in this process.To explore what factors affect the competitive behavior decisions of advanced manufacturing enterprises and service providers in the context of servitization,the law of cooperation between advanced manufacturing enterprises and service providers in the implementation of servitization strategies were studied based on the perspective of competition.On this basis,an evolutionary game model of the behavioral decision-making between advanced manufacturing enterprises and service providers was constructed,and MATLAB numerical simulation was used.The research results showed that:the degree of product and service dependence,mutual trust,absorptive capacity,importance,and knowledge and technology spillover could significantly promote the cooperation between advanced manufacturing enterprises and service providers,while cooperation investment costs and risk costs significantly inhibited the cooperation between advanced manufacturing enterprises and service providers.
