碳权交易下供应链环境履责行为

Supply chain environmental responsibility behavior under carbon trading

摘要 针对供应链中的环境履责行为选择问题,构建供应商与减排制造商独立或合作实施环境规制与绿色设计的七种决策模型,分析低碳策略与环境策略之间的交互影响,从经济环境双重视角比较供应链不同环境策略的实施效果,并做了不同权力结构的扩展研究.研究表明,环境规制与绿色设计均可提升经济效益并促进制造商减排,环境规制溢出效应对供应链经济效益的影响大于碳权交易.实施环境规制时供应商独立实施或与制造商合作实施情形更优.实施绿色设计时上下游企业合作实施情形最优.上下游企业合作履行环境责任有利于供应链产生更高的环境效益,当溢出效应足够大时,环境规制较绿色设计的环境效益更高;权力结构会影响供应链的环境履责行为选择. Aiming at the issue of environmental responsibility behavior selection in the supply chain,seven decision-making models for a supplier and an emission reduction manufacturer to independently or jointly implement environmental regulation and green design are constructed.The interaction between low-carbon strategy and environmental strategy is analyzed.The implementation effects of different environmental strategies in the supply chain are compared from a dual perspective of economic and environmental perspectives.An expansion study of different power structures is conducted.Research shows that both environmental regulation and green design can improve economic efficiency and promote manufacturer to reduce emissions,and the spillover effect of environmental regulation has a greater impact on supply chain economic efficiency than carbon rights trading.It’s better for supplier to implement environmental regulation independently or in cooperation with manufacturers.Upstream-downstream cooperation is optimal when green design is implemented.Cooperation between supplier and manufacturer to fulfill environmental responsibilities is conducive to the supply chain to generate higher environmental benefits,when the spillover effect of environmental regulation is large enough,environmental regulation has higher environmental benefits than green design.Power structure can affect the choice of environmental responsibility behavior in the supply chain.
