摘要
中国新文艺百余年来的发展历程,是文艺与人民大众的一场双向奔赴。作为人民文艺发展新阶段的产物,新大众文艺使人民大众真正成为文艺生活的主人,这是文艺人民性的高度体现,也是判定新大众文艺之所以为“新”的主要依据。除了鲜明体现人民主体地位,新大众文艺的另一个显著时代特征便是与新兴传媒技术的结合。可以说,新大众文艺是在传媒技术大发展大变革时代人民文艺发展的新形态、新景观。在新时代的历史方位上,坚持以人民为中心的创作导向,站在人民大众的立场上,植根现实生活、紧跟时代潮流,讲好当代中国人民大众的生活故事,助力新时代文化和文艺的大发展大繁荣,在不断满足人民大众快速增长、丰富多样的审美文化需求过程中开辟文艺发展的新境界,这是新时代人民文艺也是新大众文艺应该担负的新的历史使命。为了实现这一历史使命,当代中国文艺界需要集体发力,并认真解决好关乎新大众文艺发展的现实问题。
The development of China’s new literature and art over the past century represents a mutual engagement and convergence between the arts and the general public.As the product of a new stage in the development of people-centered arts,New Forms of Literature and Art for the General Public empower the people to become true masters of their artistic life.This empowerment is not only a profound manifestation of the people-centered character of the arts,but also the primary criterion for defining the“newness”of these forms.Beyond highlighting the subjectivity of the people,the combination with emerging media technologies constitutes another defining characteristic of the era.Consequently,New Forms of Literature and Art for the General Public represent a fresh morphology and cultural landscape emerging from the era of rapid development and transformation of media technology.In the historical orientation of the new era,the new historical mission for these forms is to adhere to a people-centered creative orientation,stand firmly on the position of the people,root in real life,and keep pace with the trend of the times.By telling compelling stories of the Chinese people’s daily lives,these forms aim to contribute to the flourishing of culture and the arts in the new era,and forge a new realm for literary and artistic development by satisfying the public’s rapidly growing and diverse aesthetic needs.To fulfill this mission,the contemporary Chinese arts community must make a concerted effort to address the practical issues crucial to the development of these new forms.
