四氧化二氮泄漏事件医学救援实践与思考

Practice and reflection on medical rescue in nitrogen tetroxide leakage incidents

摘要 基于两起四氧化二氮泄漏事件案例,整理四氧化二氮理化特性和事故特点,总结了涵盖科学救援、有效现场控制、及早洗消等综合处置的医学救援经验。梳理现行保障的不足,提出了改进智能化作业、革新防护装具、优化救援流程等措施方法,确保航天任务中涉四氧化二氮作业的安全。 Based on two cases of nitrogen tetroxide leakage incidents,the physico-chemical properties and accident characteristics of nitrogen tetroxide were collated.The medical rescue experience for the comprehensive disposal including the scientific rescue,effective on-site control and early decontamination was summarized,and the shortcomings in current safeguards were sorted out.The measures such as improving intelligent operations,innovating protective equipment and optimizing rescue procedures were proposed to ensure safety during nitrogen tetroxide-related operations in space missions.
