一种喹啉修饰油酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂的合成及性能研究

摘要 [目的]针对传统咪唑啉缓蚀剂水溶性差、缓蚀效率有限等问题,设计并合成了一种双配位基团的喹啉修饰的油酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂(OA-QNC)。[方法]该缓蚀剂以十七烯基羟乙基咪唑啉(OA)和喹哪啶酸(QNC)为原料,通过简单的酯化缩合反应制备,其结构通过核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H)和碳谱(^(13)C)表征确认。[结果]在10%稀盐酸溶液腐蚀体系中,静态失重法评价结果表明当OA-QNC的质量浓度为600 mg/L时,对Q235碳钢的缓蚀率高达95.26%,显著优于未修饰原料OA的缓释率(78.96%)。动电位极化曲线与电化学阻抗谱测试进一步证实,OA-QNC能有效抑制碳钢的阴、阳极电化学腐蚀过程,其优异的性能归因于分子中咪唑啉与喹啉双配位基团的协同作用,增强了在金属表面的吸附能力与成膜致密性。[结论]本研究为开发高效、多功能咪唑啉类缓蚀剂提供了新的思路与实验依据。 [Objective]To address the issues of traditional imidazoline inhibitors,such as poor water solubility and limited inhibition efficiency,a novel quinoline-modified oleic acid imidazoline inhibitor(OA-QNC)with a bimetallic coordination structure was designed and synthesized.[Method]The inhibitor was prepared via a simple esterification condensation reaction using heptadecenyl hydroxyethyl imidazoline(OA)and quinaldic acid(QNC)as raw materials.Its structure was confirmed by ^(1)H and ^(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.[Result]Static weight loss tests showed that in a 10%HCl solution containing 600 mg/L OA-QNC,the inhibition efficiency for Q235 carbon steel reached 95.26%,substantially outperforming the unmodified OA(78.96%).Potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy further corroborated that OA-QNC effectively suppresses both anodic and cathodic corrosion processes of carbon steel.Its enhanced performance is attributed to the synergistic effect of the imidazoline and quinoline moieties,which promotes stronger adsorption and the formation of a compact and protective film on the metal surface.[Conclusion]This study offers valuable insights and a promising strategy for developing highly efficient and multifunctional imidazoline-based corrosion inhibitors.
