摘要
为优选出适用于两栖装甲装备溶剂型防锈油的防锈剂,先后进行了防锈剂的单因素试验和正交试验。通过盐雾试验,考察了几种防锈剂及其复合防锈剂的抗盐雾性能。结果发现,由质量分数为6%的羊毛脂镁皂、10%的石油磺酸钡、2%的二壬基萘磺酸钡和5%的N-油酰基氨酸十八胺组成的复合防锈剂具有优异的抗盐雾性能。
In order to select the appropriate inhibitor for solvent antirust oil applicable to amphibian armored equipment, single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments of inhibitor have been made. The salt spray corrosion resistance performances of several single inhibitor and composite inhibitor have been studied by the salt spray corrosion test. The results show that the composite inhibitor has excellent salt spray corrosion resistance performance which in weight content is composed of 6% Lanolinum magnesium soap, 10% Petroleum sulphonate of barium, 2% Barium dinonyl naphthalene sulphonate and 5% N-octadecane amine oleoly sarcosinate.
