钕铁硼表面BTA@ZIF-8/环氧树脂防腐涂层的制备与性能研究

摘要 [目的]解决钕铁硼永磁体在严苛海洋环境中易腐蚀的难题,为高端海洋装备的可靠运行提供技术支撑。[方法]通过溶剂热法合成负载了苯并三氮唑(BTA)的沸石咪唑酯骨架-8(ZIF-8)纳米颗粒(BTA@ZIF-8),将其与水性环氧树脂(EP)混合后制得BTA@ZIF-8/EP复合涂层。[结果]缓蚀剂BTA在ZIF-8表面以吸附的方式负载,负载率约为14.6%。在中性水环境中,BTA在4.0 h内出现短期快速释放,0.5 h时BTA浓度即达到50.0 mg/L的有效缓蚀阈值,48.0 h时累计释放率为63.2%,实现了长期稳定释放。在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀浸泡实验和电化学测试的结果表明,涂层耐蚀性优异,42 d内的低频阻抗模值(|Z|0.01 Hz)维持在6.5×10^(6)Ω·cm^(2)以上,膜层电阻急剧下降的时间节点延长至28 d。[结论]BTA@ZIF-8/EP复合涂层具有优异的防腐蚀和自修复性能,涂层破损区域被Fe的螯合物和BTA释放的缓蚀沉积物所填充,有效阻隔了腐蚀介质与基体的接触。 [Objective]To address the susceptibility of NdFeB permanent magnets to severe corrosion in harsh marine environments,providing technical support for the reliable operation of high-end offshore equipment.[Method]Benzotriazole(BTA)-loaded zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)nanoparticles(BTA@ZIF-8)were synthesized via a solvothermal method and subsequently blended with waterborne epoxy resin(EP)to prepare a BTA@ZIF-8/EP composite coating.[Result]The corrosion inhibitor BTA was loaded onto the ZIF-8 surface via adsorption,with a loading capacity of approximately 14.6%.In a neutral aqueous environment,BTA exhibited an initial burst release within 4.0 hours,reaching an effective corrosion inhibition threshold of 50.0 mg/L at 0.5 hour,with a cumulative release rate of 63.2%at 48.0 hours,demonstrating sustained long-term release.Corrosion immersion tests and electrochemical measurements in 3.5%NaCl solution revealed excellent corrosion resistance of the coating,with the low-frequency impedance modulus(|Z|0.01 Hz)maintained above 6.5×10^(6)Ω·cm^(2) for 42 days,while the time point at which the coating resistance began to drop sharply was extended to 28 days.[Conclusion]The BTA@ZIF-8/EP composite coating exhibits outstanding anticorrosion and self-healing properties.The damaged coating areas was filled with iron chelates and BTA-released inhibitive deposits,effectively blocking the contact between corrosive species and the substrate.
