摘要
冷区建筑物普遍处在寒冬低温、强风、积雪环境之中,传统建筑大量漏热、供暖费高、内环境稳定性差,极大影响了能源的有效利用和使用体验。而被动式节能建筑以调整建筑方位、房间布置、围护构造、充分利用太阳能等方式来达到调节室内的温度环境的目的并大幅度减少能耗,正在被越来越多的寒冷地区的使用者所接纳。目前来看寒冷区域已经有部分地区开始试验使用高强度保温材料、低导热率玻璃窗、热交换新风系统、模块化施工工艺等方法,但是在适宜程度、施工要求以及投入费用等方面还存在问题。采用被动式节能建筑设计不仅可以减少建筑物消耗以及运营费用,提高建筑内的环境质量,而且有利于推动绿色建筑的技术进步与创新,达到建筑可持续发展的目的,并可作为推行节能减排政策、创建低能耗社会的实际参考。
Cold zone buildings are generally located in cold winter environments with low temperatures,strong winds,and snow accumulation.Traditional buildings suffer from a large amount of heat leakage,high heating costs,and poor internal environmental stability,greatly affecting the effective utilization and user experience of energy.Passive energy-saving buildings are increasingly being adopted by users in cold regions by adjusting building orientation,room layout,enclosure structure,and fully utilizing solar energy to regulate indoor temperature environment and significantly reduce energy consumption.At present,some areas in cold regions have begun to experiment with the use of high-strength insulation materials,low thermal conductivity glass windows,heat exchange fresh air systems,modular construction processes,and other methods.However,there are still problems in terms of suitability,construction requirements,and investment costs.Adopting passive energy-saving building design can not only reduce building consumption and operating costs,improve the environmental quality inside buildings,but also promote technological progress and innovation in green buildings,achieve the goal of sustainable development of buildings,and serve as a practical reference for promoting energy-saving and emission reduction policies and creating a low-energy society.
