摘要
能源问题逐渐影响着人类的生活和发展,能源危机已成为制约现代社会经济发展的突出瓶颈和全球可持续发展中面临的最严峻挑战之一。被动式建筑设计的发展,是建筑节能的重要手段之一。随着被动式建筑的发展,夏热冬暖地区的被动式设计成为推广建设被动式建筑的重点难点。因此,充分考虑气候环境因素,分析影响被动式设计的地域性,探索夏热冬暖地区气候因素影响下的被动式建筑设计策略,不仅对我国被动式建筑的发展具有重要的现实意义,而且也是建筑师面临的艰巨任务。文章总结了被动式建筑与设计的概念,阐述了国内外被动式建筑设计进展及概况,分析了夏热冬暖地区被动式建筑设计的困境,针对夏热冬暖地区气候特征,提出了相应的被动式建筑设计的方法与对策。
The energy problem gradually affects human life and development,the energy crisis has become a the bottleneck restricting the development of modern social economy and the global sustainable development in the face of one of the most serious challenges.The development of the passive building design is one of the important means of building energy efficiency.Along with the development of the passive construction,passive building design in hot summer and warm winter area become the key point of promoting the passive construction.It is not only of important practical significance for the development of Chinese passive construction but also the difficult task for architects to fully consider the climate factors,analyze the passive design and regionality,and explore the passive building design strategy under the influence of hot summer and warm winter climate factors.The article summarizes the concept of passive architecture and design,expounds the passive building design progress and general situation both at home and abroad,analyzes the passive building design in hot summer and warm winter area,according to the climate characteristics of hot summer and warm winter area,and puts forward the corresponding passive architectural design methods and countermeasures.
