摘要
重庆市档案馆藏有大量八省会馆档案,散见于各个卷宗。本文对八省会馆档案的检索关键字进行了系统梳理,通过收集整理和对比研究发现,除了会馆名称,会馆的关联性称谓也是重要的检索关键词,并且这些关联性称谓与检索有效性之间呈正相关关系。基于这一认识,在充分掌握八省会馆档案的基础上,探讨了重庆市档案馆藏八省会馆档案的特点及其成因。
The Chongqing Municipal Archives houses a vast collection of archives related to the Eight Provincial Guilds,which are scattered across various volumes.This paper systematically organizes the retrieval keywords for these archives.Through comprehensive collection,organization and comparative research,it is found that,in addition to the names of the guilds,their associated titles also serve as crucial retrieval keywords.Moreover,a positive correlation exists between these associated titles and retrieval effectiveness.Based on this understanding,the study explores the characteristics and underlying causes of the Eight Provincial Guilds archives held by the Chongqing Municipal Archives,based on a thorough grasp of these archives.
