摘要
【目的】探究复合抗菌肽对断奶期滩湖F1代羔羊生长性能和免疫性能的影响。【方法】对断奶期滩湖F1代羔羊分组饲喂35 d,对比分析复合抗菌肽对羔羊日增重、血清免疫指标、血清细胞因子的效果,筛选出适宜的复合抗菌肽添加量。【结果】随着饲喂时间的延长,饲喂第14天至第28天时,试验组羔羊血清中IgM、IgA、IgG含量均有升高趋势。IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8等细胞因子水平显著降低,IL-12、IFN-α细胞因子水平显著升高。【结论】在羔羊断奶期适量添加复合抗菌肽可提高滩湖F1代羔羊平均日增重,提高断奶后第14天至第28天羔羊的免疫性能,促进羔羊健康生长,添加量为3 g·只^(-1)·d^(-1)。
[Objective]To investigate the effects of the compound antimicrobial peptide on the growth performance and immune performance of the F1 generation Tanhu lambs at the weaning stage.[Method]The F1 generation Tanhu lambs at the weaning stage were divided into groups and fed for 35 days.The effects of the compound antimicrobial peptide on the daily weight gain,serum immune indicators,and serum cytokines of the lambs were compared and analyzed,and the appropriate addition amount of the compound antimicrobial peptide was selected.[Result]With the extension of feeding time,from the 14th to the 28th day of feeding,the contents of IgM,IgA,and IgG in the serum of the experimental group lambs showed an increasing trend.The levels of cytokines such as IL-1β,IL-6,and IL-8 were significantly reduced,while the levels of cytokines such as IL-12 and IFN-αwere significantly increased.[Conclusion]Appropriate addition of the compound antimicrobial peptide during the weaning period of lambs can increase the average daily weight gain of the F1 generation Tanhu lambs,improve the immune performance of lambs from the 14th to the 28th day after weaning,promote the healthy growth of lambs,and the appropriate addition amount is 3 g per lamb per day.
