摘要
为对婴幼儿托育人才关键能力进行科学合理的评价,基于AHP-模糊综合评价法确定评价指标权重,量化评估有效样本,构建包含5个一级指标和21个二级指标的评价模型。研究发现,托育人才核心能力的重要性与实际表现有一定差距,保教活动组织能力存在实践与反思脱节等问题,从强化精准培养、完善协同机制、健全评价与激励制度三方面提出优化建议。
With the objective of scientifically evaluating the key competency among infant and toddler care talents,the study employs the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weights of evaluation indicators and conduct quantitative assessment on valid samples,and constructs an evaluation model consisting of 5 first-level indicators and 21 second-level criteria.The results reveal that there are several challenges in the talent cultivation,such as a gap between the importance of the core competency among infant and toddler care talents and their actual performance,a disconnection between practice and reflection in the ability to organize childcare and education activities.Based on the findings,optimization suggestions are put forward from three aspects:implementing precision training,refining collaborative mechanisms,and enhancing the evaluation and incentive system.
